Philip is an expert in leading projects from planning to a solid history of devising and implementing operational strategies that align with the company’s objectives and growth initiatives. As a Kaizen Manager, trained at the Toyota World Class Manufacturing Centre in Japan, he brings decades of experience in applying Kaizen across sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and financial services. Philip has been certified by the Kaizen Institute.
